Shotcrete Robot Structure and Principle

(1) Basic composition: The spraying manipulator mainly consists of seven parts: crawler chassis, arm system, nozzle mechanism, legs, hydraulic system, electronic control system, and remote control. The manipulator is integrated into the crawler chassis and uses a 7.5KW explosion-proof motor as power. It is fully hydraulically driven and controlled and remotely operated.

(2) The manipulator has six degrees of freedom of movement, including overall arm rotation, arm pitch, arm extension, 360° vertical swing of the nozzle, 240° horizontal swing of the nozzle, and nozzle brushing arc, etc., with a large spraying range.

(3) The motor, electric proportional multi-way valve, remote control receiver, and remote control transmitter used in the spraying manipulator all have coal safety certificates and meet the explosion-proof requirements of coal mines.

(4) The spraying manipulator uses a rocker-type remote control, which is sensitive to operation and can be remotely controlled to reduce the labor intensity of the operator.

(5) The hydraulic system uses a load-sensitive variable pump system to reduce the system's ineffective power consumption, save energy, reduce system heat generation, and extend the service life of hydraulic components.

(6) Hydraulic support legs ensure maximum equipment stability during the concrete spraying process.
(7) The detachable sliding guard can protect the boom from the impact of rebounding concrete, allowing for quick maintenance.
(8) The spraying manipulator has a compact structure and is easy to operate. It only requires one person to operate and can be used with various spraying machines.
(9) The manipulator replaces manual spraying, and the spraying effect is better than manual spraying. It improves the strength of the spraying surface, reduces rebound, and saves spraying costs. At the same time, it reduces the labor intensity of operators and improves the efficiency of spraying operations.
