1. Introduction
KGJ-250/300 mixer is mainly used to prepare cement slurry media. Together with the grouting pump, it is used for pressure grouting in tunnel excavation and maintenance, mine engineering, construction of dams, foundation treatment of large bridges and high-rise buildings, and various underground projects.

The structure of KGJ-250/300 mixer is shown in Figure 1. When working, cement and water are added to the mixing barrel in proportion. The materials in the mixing barrel flow and mix evenly under the action of the mixing pump. The prepared slurry flows into the storage barrel through the valve. The storage barrel is equipped with stirring paddles to avoid slurry precipitation.
