Working steps of jet grouting piles
Jet grouting piles are a common foundation treatment method. The following are the working steps of jet grouting piles:
1. Due to the cutting and replacement of high-pressure air and high-pressure water, a large amount of cement soil slurry will be produced in high-pressure jet grouting. A mud sedimentation area should be set up on site.
2. Arrange high-pressure pumps, mud pump mixers, slurry material yards, water, electricity, and slurry pipelines, etc., and carry out maintenance and debugging of machinery and equipment.
3. Hole layout and layout are carried out according to the design drawings and instructions, and the jump hole grouting method is adopted.
4. Drilling The drill rig is placed in place and the drill bit is accurately positioned in the center. The deviation between the drilling position and the design position is less than 10cm. The drill frame is corrected and leveled, the drill rod is vertical, and the inclination is less than or equal to 1.5%. Start drilling. During the drilling process, you should always pay attention to the deviation of the drill rod and correct it in time. The drilling hole mouth is protected by casing.
5. Prepare slurry. Use a mixer to mix water and 42.5 ordinary Portland cement in a water-cement ratio of 1:1 to prepare cement slurry. Mix and spray at any time.
6. Put the pipe-inserted spraying and jet-spraying equipment in place, calibrate the horizontality of the frame and the verticality of the spray pipe, and use medium pressure test spraying before inserting the grouting pipe into the high spray hole to check whether the spraying and grouting system are unobstructed. Then use a winch to insert the grouting pipe into the designed depth of the borehole, start the jet grouting operation, determine the lifting speed and rotation speed according to the pile test, and rotate while lifting the sprinkler pipe. When the nozzle reaches the designed length range, stop spraying, lift the grouting pipe out of the hole, and perform static pressure grouting in the borehole to prevent the concave shape of the consolidation body.
7. After the mobile frame and flushing pipeline are grouted, move the frame, flush the pipeline equipment, and start the construction of the next hole.
The above are the basic working steps of jet grouting piles. It should be noted that the specific construction parameters and technical requirements may be adjusted according to different engineering geological conditions and design requirements.
