1. The types, specifications and quality of cement and admixtures used for high-pressure jet grouting should meet the design requirements. Inspection quantity: Cement and admixtures of the same origin, type, specification and batch number, 200t of bagged cement is a batch, 500t of bulk cement is a batch, when the bagged cement and admixture are less than 200t or the bulk cement is less than 500t, it is also counted as a batch. Sampling inspection group for each batch. Inspection method: Check product quality certification documents and material inspection.

2. The slurry should be mixed strictly according to the design formula and the mix ratio determined by the test. The prepared slurry should be uniform and not segregated. Inspection method: Observe and use a slurry hydrometer to detect the slurry density.

3. The number and pile layout of high-pressure jet grouting piles should meet the design.

4. The length of the high-pressure jet grouting piles should meet the design. Measure the drill rod length and check whether the design depth mark is reached during construction. Check the construction records.

5. The integrity, uniformity and unconfined compressive strength of high-pressure jet grouting piles shall meet the design requirements.

6. The bearing capacity of the composite foundation after high-pressure jet grouting pile treatment shall meet the design requirements. Inspection quantity: 2% of the total number of piles, and no less than 3. Inspection method: flat plate load test.

The jet grouting method is simple in foundation construction equipment, low noise and vibration, fast in construction speed, low in cost, and easy to master the process. The settlement observation of the composite foundation shows that the settlement of the reinforced section of this method is much smaller than that of the reinforced sections such as sand piles, bagged sand wells, plastic boards, and gravel piles. This also shows that the effect of the jet grouting method on strengthening the foundation is good. If thick steel bars or steel sections are inserted into the jet grouting piles to implement the enclosure of soil foundation pits and underwater foundation pits of greater depth, this will make this method more widely used.
