Mixed concrete is fed from the agitator discharging outlet (or manual mixing and feeding) through the vibrating screen to the machine’s charging hopper. Then, concrete mix is moved by a poker to rotor through chamber, and transferred to discharging outlet along with the movement of rotor, where compressed air from air chamber blows the mixture to outlet elbow.
Another blow of compressed air from the rotational swirler will further scatter, accelerate and rotate the mixture to the conveying hose. Concrete mixture is sprayed out through the nozzle where a little water (applicable in damp spraying) or liquid accelerator (applicable in wet spraying) is added.
