Difference between jet grouting pile and mixing pile??
Jet grouting pile and mixing pile are different in principle, machinery, process, applicable soil layer and use.
Difference between jet grouting pile and mixing pile in principle: jet grouting pile uses a drilling rig to drill a grouting pipe with a nozzle into the predetermined position of the soil layer, and then ejects the slurry from the jet in the form of a high-pressure flow to impact and destroy the soil. The high-pressure flow cuts the crushed soil layer and disperses it in particles. One part is taken out of the borehole by the slurry and water, and the other part is mixed with the slurry. As the slurry is mixed, the grouting pipe is continuously rotated and lifted at 360°. As the slurry solidifies, the composition has a certain strength.
Mixing pile uses cement as the main agent of the curing agent. Through a special deep mixing machine, the soft soil and the curing agent are forced to mix on the spot in the deep part of the foundation, so that the soft soil is hardened and the foundation strength is improved.
Difference between jet grouting pile and mixing pile in machinery: Mixing pile deep mixing pile machine and corresponding auxiliary equipment (mortar pump, mortar mixer and other cement slurry preparation equipment). High-pressure plunger pump, air compressor, slurry mixer, grouting pump, sewage pump and other equipment for jet grouting pile.
The difference between jet grouting pile and mixing pile in technology: Pile position setting → Drilling rig in place → Inspect and adjust the drilling rig → Forward circulation drilling to the designed depth → Turn on the high-pressure grouting pump → Reverse circulation drilling and spraying cement slurry → 0.3m below the working reference surface → Repeated mixing and drilling and spraying cement slurry to the designed depth → Reverse circulation drilling to the surface → Pile formation is completed → Construction of the next pile.
Pile position setting → Drilling rig in place → Lead hole (expand hole) to the designed elevation → Block vertical nozzle → Mix slurry → Spray from bottom to top to the designed top → Flushing → Shifting.
The difference between jet grouting pile and mixing pile in applicable soil layer and use: Mixing pile is suitable for various soil types, including clay, sand, soft rock and soil, etc. Jet grouting pile is suitable for various soil types, but it is more difficult to construct for harder soil and rock layers.
