Working principle:
(1) Concrete is mixed by a mixer according to the proportion and then added to the vibrating hopper. It falls into the material cavity of the rotor body through the screen. The rotating rotor body brings the material in the material cavity to the discharge port of the panel. After the compressed air enters the "air distributor" of the machine, it is divided into three routes: one to the accelerator mixer, one to the cyclone (downwind path), and one to the hopper seat (upwind path). The air in this route passes through the hopper seat and the rotor body material cavity and directly reaches the discharge port of the panel. Therefore, when the material cavity of the rotor body filled with material reaches the discharge port, the compressed air blows the mixed material through the cyclone and the sandblasting tube to the nozzle. After the wind in the downwind path passes through the cyclone, a cyclone is formed. Therefore, when the material flow passes through the cyclone, the material is accelerated and rotated, so it is not easy to cause adhesion and pipe blockage.
(2) Accelerator addition system
The addition of liquid accelerator is completed by a set of conveying system, which consists of accelerator pump, liquid storage tank, integrated block, flow meter and other components. The integrated block includes an overflow valve, a check valve, and a mixing chamber. After the liquid accelerator is pumped out from the liquid storage tank by the accelerator pump, it passes through the overflow valve, the regulating valve, the flow meter to the mixing chamber, and the pressure wind from the air distributor blows the accelerator to the nozzle seat to mix with the stirring material and spray it out.
