Machine structure of KPZ-4 shotcrete machine for dry material:

Major elements of KPZ-4 shotcrete machine include the driving device, rotor assembly, air system, spraying system, electric control box (not necessary when flameproof motor is used).

C. Rotor assembly

This machine employs through anti-stick rotor with 7.64L in capacity and 10 mixture chambers. Each chamber is lined inside with anti-stick material, which improves machine’s capability in handling wet mixture and simplifies the cleaning and maintenance.

Steel liner plate: At each side of the rotor is a steel liner plate made of the advanced alloy tool steel with the quenching hardness for HRC48-54, which is conducive to longer service life.

Rubber sealing plate: Next to the upper and lower steel liner plate are the sealing plates made of special rubber pressurized on the skeleton board, which is conducive to excellent wearability and sealability.
