Machine structure of KPZ-4 shotcrete machine for dry material:
Major elements of KPZ-4 shotcrete machine include the driving device, rotor assembly, air system, spraying system, electric control box (not necessary when flameproof motor is used).
A. Driving device
Sealed oil-immersed reducer with triple geared drive is mounted on the base of machine. Total transmission ratio is about 87 and transmission efficiency is about 92%. Motor is vertically mounted on the reducer, in parallel with rotor shaft.
B. Spraying system
This system includes the conveying pipe and a nozzle. The nozzle is made of macromolecule material. The water hose, the water ring and the valve are fastened to the nozzle.
