Excessive water content of the dry mixture may cause the rotor, discharge elbow or conveying pipe to be blocked during the use of the shotcrete machine for dry material. Let's take a look at what we should do when the fault occurs:
Failure: rotor, discharge elbow or feeding pipe are blocked
Reason: excessive water content of dry mixture
Troubleshooting method: stop the machine and close the air intaking valve. If the discharge elbow is blocked, disassembly the pipeline, clean the elbow, the cavity of rotors and all discharged hose. And then reduce the water cement ratio of the mixture.
