The materials of hose pumps mainly include the following:
Natural rubber: Ordinary hose pumps usually use pure natural rubber hoses, which are completely smooth inside and outside and have good damage resistance. This material is suitable for conveying media that are not irritating but abrasive, such as mortar and non-metallic oxides. It can also be used for lipids, oils or greases, and for analyzing chemical organic matter.
Composite materials: Some hose pumps use hoses with plastic inside and natural rubber or composite plastic outside. This material is suitable for a variety of different media.
EPDM: EPDM hose pumps are suitable for most irritating organic compounds and non-metallic oxides. The inner plastic lining is made of EPDM, and the outer layer is also perfect EPDM. This hose has strong chemical corrosion resistance.
Neoprene (CSM): CSM hose pumps are suitable for particularly irritating chemical media, such as strong oxidizing solvents. The inside of the hose is CSM and the outside is pure natural rubber.
