The main features of the hose pump:
(1) It is a positive displacement pump with mechanical seal, strong self-priming ability and self-cleaning characteristics.
(2) There is no pump valve or stuffing box, and there will be no leakage and air blockage of sealed pumps.
(3) Simple structure, strong adaptability, can transport liquid, gas, slurry and viscous suspended materials. Industrial hose, especially smooth hose cavity, can pump liquid with impurities, various fiber objects and solid slurry with particle size less than 1/4 of hose diameter without any blockage.
(4) No need to prime the pump before operation. When running dry, no failure of main shaft seal will occur. The pumped liquid only contacts with the hose, so it can transport corrosive and abrasive media that rubber can withstand, and can replace general stainless steel pumps.
(5) It can rotate forward and reverse, does not set inlet and outlet, consumes less power, and has high hydraulic and volumetric efficiency.
(6) It has good metering ability and can be used as a metering pump. The flow rate can be changed by selecting the size of the pipe and adjusting the speed. The flow rate range is wide (3-9m3/h), and the metering accuracy and repeatability are high.
(7) The pipe is made of a variety of materials (ethylene plastic, nylon, rubber and silicone rubber, etc.), suitable for transporting various corrosive, toxic, sterile, radioactive and other media. The inner diameter of the pipe is 0.5~75mm, the maximum working pressure can reach. .98MPa, the working temperature is -62~+260'℃, and the service life of the extrusion contact part of the pipe is generally 200~700h. When it can no longer be used, the extrusion part of the pipe can be moved or replaced with a new pipe.
(8) One pump head can be installed with 1-20 pipes or one pump can be installed with multiple groups of pump heads to work, and one or more media can be transported at the same time. One pump has multiple uses, one pump can replace several pumps (suction and discharge can work at the same time), with small working volume and high efficiency.
