KGP250/700/50 grouting station are mainly used to prepare and grout cement slurry medium. It is used for tunnel excavation and maintenance, mine engineering, foundation treatment engineering of dams, large bridges and high-rise buildings, and various underground engineering grouting with pressure.

The structure of KGP280/560/50 grouting station is shown in Figure 1. When working, water and cement are added to the mixing cylinder successively in proportion, and the materials in the barrel flow and mix uniformly at high speed under the function of the mixing pump, and the prepared slurry flows into the agitator barrel through the valve. The agitator barrel is equipped with agitating blades to avoid slurry precipitation. The discharge port of the agitator barrel is adjusted by a butterfly valve. The slurry enters the hopper of the screw pump through the discharge port and is pumped to the grouting position.
