Machine spraying capacity becomes poor:
The reason:
1.Rotor chambers and outlet elbow become smaller due to blockage
2.Wrong installation of air valve (excessive depressurization)
3.Charging hopper is not fully filled.
How to solve:
1.Refer to treatment of blockage above.
2.Reduce the loss of pressure.
3.Increase efficient pressure.
4.Feed the charging hopper well, and increase vibration ability.
