The Grouting Mixer Machine

The grouting mixer machine is mainly used to mix cement slurry and other similar slurries that need to be mixed vigorously in advance. It is used in conjunction with the grouting machine for pressure grouting construction in railway and highway construction, mining, hydropower engineering, thermal insulation and waterproofing, and building foundation injection.

Use and operation
1. Preparation before starting the machine
A. Install and configure the machine according to the above figure and connect the pipeline. The machine should be placed stably. Connect the slurry discharge port of the storage barrel and the slurry suction port of the grouting pump to ensure that there is no leakage in each pipeline.
B. Check the tightness of each component.
C. Add lubricating oil to the reducer of the storage barrel.
