The single-cylinder grouting pump is a horizontal single-cylinder reciprocating single-acting piston pump.

It is mainly used for grouting construction of roads, bridges, dams, national defense, mines and other construction projects; it can also be used for mortar injection and expansion of prestressed component projects; coal powder mortar transportation in thermal power plants; vertical and horizontal transportation of mortar in construction projects; in the chemical industry, it is used to transport slurry raw materials (color paste, coatings), magnetic materials and other media; maintenance and repair of sandy land, blast furnaces, cement pavements, highways and other projects.

It has the advantages of compact structure, good sealing, high pressure, convenient piston replacement, simple assembly and maintenance.

The grouting pump can pump mortar, and the sand particles should be sieved with a particle size of no more than 5mm. The mass of sand with a particle size of less than 1mm accounts for more than 60% of the total sand. Stones and other debris (such as iron nails, grass, etc.) shall not be mixed in the grouting. It should be a uniform mortar with a uniform mixture, and there shall be no dry sand and lumps. The consistency value is not less than 8cm, and the consistency meter weighs 300g.
