Dry shotcrete machine maintenance --- material cavity and taper sleeve

Material cavity and taper sleeve is one of the key wearing parts of the rotor type dry shotcrete machine. At the end of each shift, the machine should be opened to see material cavity and the discharge taper sleeve. It should be checked whether the spray material is remained. If it is, cleaned it.

Dry shotcrete machine maintenance --- reducer

(1) Observe the oil level in the reducer before every shift, and replenish it in time if it is insufficient.

(2) Replace the lubricating oil after every 250 hours of work.

(3) When the reducer is working, the temperature rise should not be greater than 60℃. And there should be no abnormal vibration or noise. Otherwise, inspection and maintenance should be carried out.

(4) After each shift, the adhering mixture should be cleaned up in time.
