Common malfunctions
In actual operation, the shotcrete machine is prone to clogging of the rotor, clogging of the discharge elbow, and clogging of the sandblasting pipe.
Cause of issue
1. Aggregate particle size is too large
2. The moisture content of the dry mix is too high
3. The conveying air flow pressure is too low
4. The cross-section of the air inlet pipe is too small, and the air supply volume of the compressor is small.
Solution
Solution to fault 1: The feeding pipe is blocked. Stop the machine, close the air valve, remove the feeding pipe from the elbow, open the gas valve, and blow out the stored material in the rotor. Then check the feeding pipe, tap the blockage with a wooden stick, loosen or hollow out the blockage, then connect the feeding pipe to the elbow, and blow it out with compressed air. If the conveying distance exceeds 40m, each 20m length should be processed separately. of pipeline.
Solution to fault 2: Stop the machine and close the air valve. If the discharge elbow is blocked, disassemble the pipeline and clean the elbow and rotor cavity to reduce the water-cement ratio of the mixture.
Solution to fault 3: Stop the motor and air supply duct. If the rotor is blocked, disassemble the air inlet duct and upstream duct, and use a brush to clean the rotor material cavity, etc.
Solution to fault 4: Replace the large-section air duct with a large-capacity compressor.
