Shotcrete machine maintenance:

1. After finishing the spraying operation every day, daily maintenance must be carried out.
2. Check for water leakage, oil leakage, and electric leakage. If there is any leakage, eliminate it in time.
3. Check whether the oil (diesel, oil, engine oil), water volume, and electricity are sufficient. If insufficient, they should be replenished in time.
4. Check whether the fasteners of each part are loose. If there is, the fasteners should be replaced in time.
5. Check whether the steering and brakes are working properly. If there is any abnormality, it should be eliminated in time.
6. Check whether each joint is flexible and whether there is any blockage. If there is any, it should be eliminated in time.
7. Check whether the oil cylinder is leaking and whether the cylinder head is loose. If there is any, it should be repaired and restored in time.
8. Check the wear of the belt and whether there is any abnormal wear. If there is any, the fault should be eliminated in time.
9. Perform maintenance on all parts as needed.
10. Clean up oil stains and sand and dust.
