What equipments are included in the wet shotcrete?

Wet shotcrete equipment is basically the same as dry shotcrete equipment, generally including wet shotcrete machine (KSP series), mixing equipment, feeding device, air compressor and other equipments. Among them, the mixing device is used for mixing the spray material with water. The feeding device is in charge of delivering the material to the hopper of wet shotcrete machine. Generally, there are two ways for feeding, feeding manually or by a mixer truck. Spraying of concrete materials is the job that wet shotcrete machine will do. The air compressor is for providing the power.

Application of wet shotcrete machine

Wet shotcrete machine (KSP series) is a new type of high-efficiency shotcrete equipment. Wet shotcrete can make the mixture evenly mixed to accurately control the water-cement ratio, therefore the dust and the rebound are both small. Wet concrete spraying has the characteristics of good concrete uniformity, high strength, reasonable structure, convenient operation and maintenance, and long service life. It is widely used in tunnels, subways, mines, hydropower projects, culverts, coal mines and underground works.
