Shotcrete---failures & troubleshoot of insufficient mixing of materials & water
Insufficient mixing of material flow and water is a common fault in the use of dry shotcrete machine. What method should we take to deal with such a failure when using a dry shotcrete machine? Let's take a look at what we should do when such a failure occurs:
Reason 1 and troubleshooting method:
Reason: Water pressure is too low
Troubleshooting method: Check the water pressure (at least 0.3MPa at the nozzle)
Reason 2 and troubleshooting method:
Reason: The water inlet hole of the nozzle water ring is blocked
Troubleshooting method: Check the nozzle and clean it up, install a water filter if necessary
