When there is air leakage between the sealing plate and the rotor during the use of the shotcrete machine for dry material, what methods should we take to deal with such problems? Let's take a look:
Reason 1 and troubleshooting method:
Reason: The clamping device is too loose
Troubleshooting method: check the clamping device and remove the material between the seal plate and the rotor before clamping
Reason 2 and troubleshooting method:
Reason: Rotor disc scratch
Troubleshooting method: check the Rotor disc. If there are grooves, regrind or replace them if necessary
Reason 3 and troubleshooting method:
Reason: defective assembly of rubber plate and rotor disc
Troubleshooting method: Reassemble and pay attention to the O-ring
