Refractory spray coating is an amorphous refractory material constructed by mechanical spraying using pneumatic tools.
It is a bulk material made of clay clinker as raw material, mixed with various micro-powder additives, and cement as a binder. It is used as a protective layer on the inner surface of the blast furnace and hot blast furnace shell, and as the working lining of the blast furnace head, gas outlet pipe, and dust collector.
It is a refractory mixture that is sprayed and constructed using a cyclone sprayer. It is composed of refractory aggregate, refractory powder, water, binder, mineralizer, plasticizer and sintering agent. The materials of the spray coating include silicon aluminum, magnesium, corundum and phosphate.
