PS6I-J dedusting shotcrete machine introduction

The PS6I-J dedusting shotcrete machine main unit consists of three parts:

1. Shotcrete Main Unit: Composed of a drive unit, rotor assembly, air system, and spraying system.

2. Dust Removal System: Mainly composed of a protective cover, a baffle device (inside the cover, not shown), an upper overflow air assembly, a lower overflow air assembly, a suction pipe, a dust collection chamber, and a dust collector. It guides dust emissions from the upper and lower overflow air inlets, rotor leakage, and hopper backflow into the dust removal device's air inlet channel, where it is filtered before being discharged, preventing direct discharge and environmental pollution.

3. Accelerator Addition System.

Principle: The mixed material is fed into the hopper of the sprayer through the discharge port of the batching mixer (or manually mixed and fed) via a vibrating screen. It is then pushed into the straight material chamber of the rotor by the feeder and swirled by the rotor to the discharge port. Here, compressed air is introduced from the air chamber to blow the material into the discharge elbow. Another stream of compressed air is introduced by the hydrocyclone and blows the material in a multi-head spiral state to disperse, accelerate, rotate and float it into the conveying pipe. When it reaches the nozzle, a small amount of supplementary water is added and sprayed out.
