Mud Pump Features

The BW-250 mud pump is a horizontal three-cylinder reciprocating single-acting piston pump with two cylinder diameters and four gears.

1. It has four gears of flow that can meet the needs of large and small diameter drilling rigs, with a large flow adjustment range and reasonable parameter selection. It can be used in conjunction with drilling rigs. It can meet the needs of core drilling of different diameters, different hole depths and different geological conditions.
2. The piston is a bowl-shaped self-sealing polyurethane rubber piston with a nylon backrest to increase the service life.
3. Five dustproof sealing rings are provided on the pull rod to prevent the mud at the hydraulic end from being brought into the power end and the power end lubricating oil filter. After many production tests, it has been proved that the seal is good and the performance is good. As a result, the service life of the gear is extended.
4. The inlet and outlet valves use steel balls. And a sound-reducing rubber pad is provided on the valve cover to reduce impact noise.
5. The pressure gauge uses a BY-1 type seismic pressure gauge with a long service life.

The flushing fluid used for the pump should not contain chemical impurities that corrode metal and rubber parts. The recommended specific gravity when using mud is 1.03-1.10, the viscosity is 18-25 seconds, the sand content is not more than 4%, and the pH value is 7-8. There should be no mud, weeds, leaves and other debris that block the water filter in the mud. The length of the suction pipe should not exceed 5-6 meters.
