Compared with the traditional cement mortar process, the gypsum spraying system has incomparable superior performance:
First, one-time molding. It reduces the tedious and lengthy intermediate processes of traditional cement mortar such as multiple painting, plastering, and grinding. From civil engineering rough blocks to decorative finished surfaces, only one process of gypsum spraying can meet the requirements of direct latex paint.
Second, no shrinkage and cracking. It fundamentally solves the long-term cracking problem of traditional mortar.
Third, excellent fire resistance. Gypsum is a non-combustible material with a thermal conductivity much lower than that of cement mortar. Gypsum contains a large amount of crystal water. In case of fire, the crystal water evaporates first and absorbs heat energy, thus providing a longer escape time. Experiments show that the refractoriness of 10mm thick spray gypsum is similar to that of 10mm thick concrete.
Fourth, high construction efficiency.
Fifth, healthy and environmentally friendly. The pH value of gypsum is lower than 7, which is similar to human skin and does not irritate or damage the skin. In addition, gypsum is biosoluble, and any gypsum powder inhaled into the body will be absorbed by the body without affecting health.
