KBS-15D Hydraulic Wet Shotcrete Pump Structure:

KBS-15D hydraulic wet shotcrete pump consists of the following eight parts: working cylinder of oil cylinder push mechanism, switching cylinder distribution valve mechanism, mixing mechanism, frame and walking mechanism, lubrication system, hydraulic system, electrical system and conveying pipeline.

6. Control system

(4). Press the reverse pump button and the indicator flashes, and the reverse pump works; Press the button again, and the light goes off to indicate that the reverse pump stops. The indicator light has been flashing during working to indicate a warning, which means the reverse pump cannot work for a long time.

(5). Press the vibrator button shortly, the light is long on, indicating the vibrator is working; Press the button again and the light goes off to indicate that the vibrator stops. Press the button for long 3 seconds to indicate that the hopper mixing shaft will automatically rotate after 5 seconds of reversal.

(6). The accelerating agent pump is manually controlled. The manual three-way valve is pushed after the equipment is started to start the accelerating agent pump, and returning valve to the middle is stopped. The displacement of the accelerator pump is adjusted at the hexagon screw of the three-way valve.
