KBS-15D hydraulic wet shotcrete pump consists of the following eight parts: working cylinder of oil cylinder push mechanism, switching cylinder distribution valve mechanism, mixing mechanism, frame and walking mechanism, lubrication system, hydraulic system, electrical system and conveying pipeline.
4. Lubrication system
The lubrication pump adopts synchronous lubrication pump to automatically fill the key parts with oil, and uses the switching cylinder pressure oil to control the movement of the lubrication pump. Every action cycle, the lubrication pump is filled with oil once, which has the advantages of high pressure and sufficient lubrication.
