KBS-15D Hydraulic Wet Shotcrete Pump Structure:

KBS-15D hydraulic wet shotcrete pump consists of the following eight parts: working cylinder of oil cylinder push mechanism, switching cylinder distribution valve mechanism, mixing mechanism, frame and walking mechanism, lubrication system, hydraulic system, electrical system and conveying pipeline.

1. Working cylinder of oil cylinder push mechanism

The working cylinder of oil cylinder push mechanism is the main working part of the wet shotcrete pump, and its function is to push the concrete to overcome the pipe resistance to reach the mixed flow pipe.

2. Switching cylinder distribution valve mechanism

This machine adopts S-type distribution valve, its function is to control two working cylinders alternately connected with the conveying pipeline, so as to convey concrete out. This part is mainly composed of S pipe and switching cylinder.
