Debugging and operation
The prototype of this machine is a vertical shaft forced mixer type. When it is working, the blades shear, squeeze, turn and throw the material, so that the material forms a cross flow and is strongly stirred.
After the installation of the whole machine and the empty running test are completed, the storage hopper can be charged and debugged.
Using belt feeder, screw feeder or manual to feed the material to the mixer;
Add water to the dry ingredients;
Turn the machine on botton after everything is normal;
After the mixing is qualified, open the discharge port to discharge the material.
