The screw-type wet shotcrete machine is a new type of wet concrete spraying equipment that uses a stator-rotor assembly to deliver concrete to the nozzle, effectively reducing dust and improving spraying quality. It is suitable for pumping and spraying concrete and conveying mortar in coal mines, non-coal mines, water conservancy and hydropower projects, railway tunnels, bridges, high-rise buildings, ports, and various infrastructure projects. It can also be used for topsoil spraying, conveying and grouting of coal slime, silt, and other semi-fluid materials.
Working Principle:
The uniformly mixed shotcrete is pushed into the mixing chamber by the pressurized stator-rotor assembly. Then, compressed air from the main air system disperses and accelerates the concrete, causing it to float into the spraying pipe. Upon reaching the nozzle, a certain proportion of liquid accelerator is added to form a thin stream that is evenly sprayed onto the receiving surface.
