Maintenance method of rubber cavity&elbow for dry shotcrete machine2

As one of the commonly used equipment in concrete spraying, shotcrete machine for dry material is widely used in tunnel, subway, culvert, underground engineering, hydropower engineering, coal mine roadway and other projects. During use, it is necessary to pay attention to the maintenance of the reducer:

A. After each shift, the mixture and other residuals attached to the outer surface of the reducer shall be cleaned in time;

B. Observe the oil level frequently, and fill it in time when the lubricating oil is insufficient. The lubricating oil is #50 industrial gear oil (sy1172-77s) or #46 machine oil;

C. The lubricating oil shall be replaced after 250 hours accumulated working time (about three months);

D. The lubricating grease of the rotor square bearing shall be filled in time (the top of the square shaft has an oil filling port).
