Everyone may know that spraying machines are generally divided into dry spraying machines and wet spraying machines. However, how to choose a suitable spraying machine? The simplest way is to choose according to the dryness and wetness of the slurry added to the spraying machine.
The spraying slurry added by the spraying machine is dry, such as concrete, cement, etc., and then sprayed out. Because dry concrete or cement is added, water needs to be added to the nozzle during spraying to ensure the spraying effect and not produce too much dust. The wet spraying machine uses water to fully mix concrete or cement, and then sprays it. There is no need to add water at the nozzle, and no dust will be generated, ensuring the working environment.
The maximum conveying distance of the spraying machine can reach more than 200 meters, while the slurry sprayed by the wet spraying machine is a slurry that has been stirred and has viscosity, so the vertical conveying distance can only reach 20-30 meters, and the horizontal conveying distance is 30-50 meters.
The operators and safety aspects are different. The spraying machine requires more operators, and because it produces a lot of dust, it not only affects the environment, but also causes great harm to production safety and workers, and is not conducive to underground construction operations.
Since the slurry of the wet spraying machine has been mixed before, it does not require a lot of manpower, and does not produce dust, which has little impact on workers and the environment, and is suitable for various working environments.
The rebound rate of the spraying machine reaches 15-50%, and it will also cause poor cohesion, especially in underground construction, which will be deformed by changes in the earth's crust, causing splitting and damage. The rebound rate of the wet spraying machine is only 10% at most, and because the slurry is mixed according to the water-cement ratio before, it has high cohesion and is not easy to deform with changes in the earth's crust, which plays an important role in production safety.
